About this gene: REXO2 encodes a 3'-to-5' exonuclease specific for small single-stranded RNA and DNA oligomers. The REXO2 protein may have a role in DNA repair, replication, and recombination, and in RNA processing and degradation. The REXO2 gene product may also be involved in resistance of human cells to UV-C-induced cell death through its role in the DNA repair process.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
