SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human REV3L (REV3 like, DNA directed polymerase zeta catalytic subunit, also called hREV3) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Human REV3L qPCR Primer Set – REV3 like, DNA directed polymerase zeta catalytic subunit
Also known as: POLZ, REV3
About this gene: The REV3L protein represents the catalytic subunit of DNA polymerase zeta, which functions in translesion DNA synthesis. The REV3L protein can be found in mitochondria, where it protects DNA from damage. Defects in REV3L are a cause of Mobius syndrome.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 5980; HGNC ID: HGNC:9968; UniProt: O60673; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001372078.1; Chromosome location: 6q21
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
