Human RER1 qPCR Primer Set – retention in endoplasmic reticulum sorting receptor 1

About this gene: The RER1 protein is a multi-pass membrane protein that is localized to the golgi apparatus. The RER1 gene product is involved in the retention of endoplasmic reticulum membrane proteins in the ER and retrieval of ER membrane proteins from the early Golgi compartment to facilitate gamma-secretase complex assembly.

Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 11079; HGNC ID: HGNC:30309; UniProt: O15258; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_007033.5; Chromosome location: 1p36.32

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
