Human REPS1 qPCR Primer Set – RALBP1 associated Eps domain containing 1
Also known as: NBIA7
About this gene: REPS1 encodes a signaling adaptor protein with two EH domains that interacts with proteins that participate in signaling, endocytosis and cytoskeletal changes. The REPS1 protein has been found in association with intersectin 1 and Src homology 3-domain growth factor receptor-bound 2-like interacting protein 1 when intersectin 1 was isolated from clathrin-coated pits. The REPS1 protein has also been shown to interact with amphiphysin, a cytoplasmic protein at the surface of synaptic vesicles.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 85021; HGNC ID: HGNC:15578; UniProt: Q96D71; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001286611.2; Chromosome location: 6q24.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
