SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human REG1B (regenerating family member 1 beta, also called REG-1-beta) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human REG1B qPCR Primer Set – regenerating family member 1 beta
Also known as: PSPS2, REGH, REGI-BETA, REGL
About this gene: REG1B is a type I subclass member of the Reg gene family. The Reg gene family is a multigene family grouped into four subclasses, types I, II, III and IV based on the primary structures of the encoded proteins. REG1B encodes a protein secreted by the exocrine pancreas that is highly similar to the REG1A protein.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 5968; HGNC ID: HGNC:9952; UniProt: P48304; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_006507.4; Chromosome location: 2p12
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
