SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human SKIC8 (SKI8 subunit of superkiller complex, also called Ski8) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human SKIC8 qPCR Primer Set – SKI8 subunit of superkiller complex
Also known as: REC14, SKI8, WDR61
About this gene: WDR61 is a subunit of the human PAF and SKI complexes, which function in transcriptional regulation and are involved in events downstream of RNA synthesis, such as RNA surveillance.[supplied by OMIM, Mar 2008].
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 80349; HGNC ID: HGNC:30300; UniProt: Q9GZS3; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_025234.3; Chromosome location: 15q25.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
