About this gene: The GPR161 protein is an orphan G protein-coupled receptor whose ligand is unknown. GPR161 is overexpressed in triple-negative breast cancer, and disruption of GPR161 slows the proliferation of basal breast cancer cells. Therefore, GPR161 is a potential drug target for triple-negative breast cancer.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
