SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human RDX (radixin) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human RDX qPCR Primer Set – radixin
Also known as: DFNB24
About this gene: Radixin is a cytoskeletal protein that may be important in linking actin to the plasma membrane. The RDX gene product is highly similar in sequence to both ezrin and moesin. The radixin gene has been localized by fluorescence in situ hybridization to 11q23.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 5962; HGNC ID: HGNC:9944; UniProt: P35241; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_002906.4; Chromosome location: 11q22.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
