SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human RDH14 (retinol dehydrogenase 14) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human RDH14 qPCR Primer Set – retinol dehydrogenase 14
Also known as: PAN2, SDR7C4
About this gene: RDH14 enables all-trans-retinol dehydrogenase activity. It is involved in osteoblast differentiation.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 57665; HGNC ID: HGNC:19979; UniProt: Q9HBH5; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_020905.4; Chromosome location: 2p24.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
