SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human RDH11 (retinol dehydrogenase 11, also called RalR1) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human RDH11 qPCR Primer Set – retinol dehydrogenase 11
Also known as: ARSDR1, CGI82, HCBP12, MDT1, PSDR1, RALR1, RDJCSS, SCALD, SDR7C1
About this gene: RDH11 enables all-trans-retinol dehydrogenase activity. It is involved in cellular detoxification of aldehyde and retinoid metabolic process. It acts upstream of or within retinal metabolic process.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 51109; HGNC ID: HGNC:17964; UniProt: Q8TC12; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_016026.4; Chromosome location: 14q24.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
