SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human RBX1 (ring-box 1, also called ROC1) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human RBX1 qPCR Primer Set – ring-box 1
Also known as: BA554C12.1, RNF75, ROC1
About this gene: This locus encodes a RING finger-like domain-containing protein. The RBX1 protein interacts with cullin proteins and likely is involved in ubiquitination processes necessary for cell cycle progression. The RBX1 protein may also affect protein turnover.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 9978; HGNC ID: HGNC:9928; UniProt: P62877; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_014248.4; Chromosome location: 22q13.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
