About this gene: The SERTAD3 protein was identified in a yeast two-hybrid assay employing the second subunit of human replication protein A as bait. The SERTAD3 gene product is localized to the nucleus and its expression is significantly higher in cancer cell lines compared to normal cell lines. The SERTAD3 protein has also been shown to be a strong transcriptional co-activator.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
