About this gene: The RBMS2 protein belongs to a small family of proteins which bind single stranded DNA/RNA. These proteins are characterized by the presence of two sets of ribonucleoprotein consensus sequence that contain conserved motifs, RNP1 and RNP2. The RBMS proteins have been implicated in such diverse acts as DNA replication, gene transcription, cell cycle progression and apoptosis. The RBMS2 protein was isolated by phenotypic complementation of cdc2 and cdc13 mutants of yeast and is believed to suppress cdc2 and cdc13 mutants through the induction of translation of cdc2.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
