About this gene: RBFOX2 is one of multiple human genes similar to the C. elegans gene Fox-1. RBFOX2 encodes a RNA binding protein that is believed to be a key regulator of alternative exon splicing in the nervous system and other cell types. The protein also interacts with the estrogen receptor 1 transcription factor and regulates estrogen receptor 1 transcriptional activity.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
