SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human BBX (BBX high mobility group box domain containing) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human BBX qPCR Primer Set – BBX high mobility group box domain containing
Also known as: ARTC1, HBP2, HSPC339, MDS001
About this gene: BBX enables sequence-specific double-stranded DNA binding activity. It is predicted to be involved in regulation of transcription by RNA polymerase II. Predicted to act upstream of or within bone development.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 56987; HGNC ID: HGNC:14422; UniProt: Q8WY36; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001142568.3; Chromosome location: 3q13.12
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
