About this gene: The RBM28 protein is a specific nucleolar component of the spliceosomal small nuclear ribonucleoproteincomplexes . It specifically associates with U1, U2, U4, U5, and U6 small nuclear RNAs, possibly coordinating their transition through the nucleolus. Mutation in RBM28 causes alopecia, progressive neurological defects, and endocrinopathy, a pleiotropic and clinically heterogeneous disorder.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
