SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human RBM14 (RNA binding motif protein 14, also called PSP2) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human RBM14 qPCR Primer Set – RNA binding motif protein 14
Also known as: COAA, PSP2, SIP, SYTIP1, TMEM137
About this gene: RBM14 encodes a ribonucleoprotein that acts as a general nuclear coactivator, and an RNA splicing modulator. The RBM14 protein contains two RNA recognition motifs at the N-terminus, and multiple hexapeptide repeat domain at the C-terminus that interacts with thyroid hormone receptor-binding protein, and is required for transcription activation.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 10432; HGNC ID: HGNC:14219; UniProt: Q96PK6; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_006328.4; Chromosome location: 11q13.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
