About this gene: The RBBP7 protein is a ubiquitously expressed nuclear protein and belongs to a highly conserved subfamily of WD-repeat proteins. The RBBP7 gene product is found among multiple proteins that binds directly to retinoblastoma protein, which regulates cell proliferation. The RBBP7 protein is found in many histone deacetylase complexes, including mSin3 co-repressor complex.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
