About this gene: RBBP4 encodes a ubiquitously expressed nuclear protein which belongs to a highly conserved subfamily of WD-repeat proteins. The RBBP4 gene product is present in protein complexes involved in histone acetylation and chromatin assembly. The RBBP4 gene product is found among multiple cellular proteins that bind directly to retinoblastoma protein to regulate cell proliferation.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
