About this gene: The ARID4A protein is a ubiquitously expressed nuclear protein. The ARID4A gene product binds directly, with multiple other proteins, to retinoblastoma protein which regulates cell proliferation. pRB represses transcription by recruiting the ARID4A protein. This protein, in turn, serves as a bridging molecule to recruit HDACs and, also provides a second HDAC-independent repression function.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
