SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human RASSF5 (Ras association domain family member 5, also called RAPL) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human RASSF5 qPCR Primer Set – Ras association domain family member 5
Also known as: Maxp1, NORE1, NORE1A, NORE1B, RAPL
About this gene: RASSF5 belongs to the Ras association domain family. The RASSF5 gene product acts as a tumor suppressor, and is inactivated in a variety of cancers. The RASSF5 protein localizes to centrosomes and microtubules, and associates with the GTP-activated forms of Ras, Rap1, and multiple other Ras-like small GTPases.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 83593; HGNC ID: HGNC:17609; UniProt: Q8WWW0; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_182663.4; Chromosome location: 1q32.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
