SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human RASD2 (RASD family member 2) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human RASD2 qPCR Primer Set – RASD family member 2
Also known as: Rhes, TEM2
About this gene: RASD2 belongs to the Ras superfamily of small GTPases and is enriched in the striatum. The RASD2 protein acts as an E3 ligase for attachment of small ubiquitin-like modifier. The RASD2 protein also binds to mutant huntingtin, the protein mutated in Huntington disease.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 23551; HGNC ID: HGNC:18229; UniProt: Q96D21; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_014310.4; Chromosome location: 22q12.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
