About this gene: RASD1 belongs to the Ras superfamily of small GTPases and is induced by dexamethasone. The RASD1 protein is an activator of G-protein signaling and acts as a direct nucleotide exchange factor for Gi-Go proteins. The RASD1 protein interacts with the neuronal nitric oxide adaptor protein CAPON, and a nuclear adaptor protein FE65, which interacts with the Alzheimer's disease amyloid precursor protein.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
