SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human RARS1 (arginyl-tRNA synthetase 1, also called ArgRS) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human RARS1 qPCR Primer Set – arginyl-tRNA synthetase 1
Also known as: ArgRS, DALRD1, HLD9, RARS
About this gene: Aminoacyl-tRNA synthetases catalyze the aminoacylation of tRNA by their cognate amino acid. Because of their central role in linking amino acids with nucleotide triplets contained in tRNAs, aminoacyl-tRNA synthetases are thought to be among the first proteins that appeared in evolution. Arginyl-tRNA synthetase belongs to the class-I aminoacyl-tRNA synthetase family.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 5917; HGNC ID: HGNC:9870; UniProt: P54136; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_002887.4; Chromosome location: 5q34
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
