About this gene: RARRES2 encodes a secreted chemotactic protein that initiates chemotaxis via the ChemR23 G protein-coupled seven-transmembrane domain ligand. Expression of RARRES2 is upregulated by the synthetic retinoid tazarotene and occurs in a wide variety of tissues. The active protein has multiple roles, including that as an adipokine and as an antimicrobial protein with activity against bacteria and fungi.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
