About this gene: The NOL7 protein localizes to the nucleolus, where it maintains nucleolar structure and cell growth rates. The NOL7 protein also acts as a tumor suppressor and regulator of angiogenesis. The RB tumor suppressor gene recruits transcription factors to NOL7 and positively regulates its expression.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
