SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human RARA (retinoic acid receptor alpha, also called RAR-alpha) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human RARA qPCR Primer Set – retinoic acid receptor alpha
Also known as: NR1B1, RAR, RARalpha
About this gene: RARA represents a nuclear retinoic acid receptor. The encoded protein, retinoic acid receptor alpha, regulates transcription in a ligand-dependent manner. RARA has been implicated in regulation of development, differentiation, apoptosis, granulopoeisis, and transcription of clock genes.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 5914; HGNC ID: HGNC:9864; UniProt: P10276; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_000964.4; Chromosome location: 17q21.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
