SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human RAP1B (RAP1B, member of RAS oncogene family) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human RAP1B qPCR Primer Set – RAP1B, member of RAS oncogene family
Also known as: K-REV, RAL1B, THC11
About this gene: RAP1B belongs to the RAS-like small GTP-binding protein superfamily. Members of this family regulate multiple cellular processes including cell adhesion and growth and differentiation. The RAP1B protein localizes to cellular membranes and is reported to regulate integrin-mediated cell signaling.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 5908; HGNC ID: HGNC:9857; UniProt: P61224; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001010942.3; Chromosome location: 12q15
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
