About this gene: RAP1A belongs to the Ras family of small GTPases. The RAP1A protein undergoes a change in conformational state and activity, depending on whether it is bound to GTP or GDP. This protein is activated by multiple types of guanine nucleotide exchange factors. The activation status of the RAP1A protein is therefore affected by the balance of intracellular levels of GEFs and GAPs.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
