SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human TASOR (transcription activation suppressor) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human TASOR qPCR Primer Set – transcription activation suppressor
Also known as: C3orf63, FAM208A, RAP140, TASOR1, se89-1
About this gene: TASOR enables chromatin binding activity and protein-macromolecule adaptor activity. It is involved in protein localization to heterochromatin and transposable element silencing by heterochromatin formation.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 23272; HGNC ID: HGNC:30314; UniProt: Q9UK61; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001365635.2; Chromosome location: 3p14.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
