SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human RGPD8 (RANBP2 like and GRIP domain containing 8, also called RanBP2L3) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human RGPD8 qPCR Primer Set – RANBP2 like and GRIP domain containing 8
Also known as: RANBP2L1, RGP8, RanBP2alpha
About this gene: RGPD8 is predicted to enable SUMO transferase activity. It is predicted to be involved in NLS-bearing protein import into nucleus and nuclear export.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 727851; HGNC ID: HGNC:9849; UniProt: O14715; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001164463.1; Chromosome location: 2q14.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
