SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human RANBP17 (RAN binding protein 17) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human RANBP17 qPCR Primer Set – RAN binding protein 17
About this gene: The transport of protein and large RNAs through the nuclear pore complexes is an energy-dependent and regulated process. The import of proteins with a nuclear localization signal is accomplished by recognition of one or more clusters of basic amino acids by the importin-alpha/beta complex; see MIM 600685 and MIM 602738. The small GTPase RAN is central to NLS-dependent protein import.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 64901; HGNC ID: HGNC:14428; UniProt: Q9H2T7; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_022897.5; Chromosome location: 5q35.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
