SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human RAMP2 (receptor activity modifying protein 2) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human RAMP2 qPCR Primer Set – receptor activity modifying protein 2
About this gene: The RAMP2 protein belongs to the RAMP family of single-transmembrane-domain proteins, called receptor activity modifying proteins. RAMPs are type I transmembrane proteins with an extracellular N terminus and a cytoplasmic C terminus. RAMPs are required to transport calcitonin-receptor-like receptor to the plasma membrane.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 10266; HGNC ID: HGNC:9844; UniProt: O60895; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_005854.3; Chromosome location: 17q21.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
