SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human RAI2 (retinoic acid induced 2) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human RAI2 qPCR Primer Set – retinoic acid induced 2
About this gene: Retinoic acid plays a critical role in development, cellular growth, and differentiation. The specific function of this retinoic acid-induced gene has not yet been determined but it may play a role in development. The chromosomal location of RAI2 designates it to be a candidate for diseases such as Nance-Horan syndrome, sensorineural deafness, non-specific X-linked cognitive disability, oral-facial-digital syndrome, and Fried syndrome.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 10742; HGNC ID: HGNC:9835; UniProt: Q9Y5P3; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_021785.6; Chromosome location: Xp22.13
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
