SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human BATF (basic leucine zipper ATF-like transcription factor, also called B-ATF) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human BATF qPCR Primer Set – basic leucine zipper ATF-like transcription factor
Also known as: B-ATF, BATF1, SFA-2, SFA2
About this gene: The BATF protein is a nuclear basic leucine zipper protein that belongs to the AP-1/ATF superfamily of transcription factors. The leucine zipper of this protein mediates dimerization with members of the Jun family of proteins. The BATF protein is believed to be a negative regulator of AP-1/ATF transcriptional events.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 10538; HGNC ID: HGNC:958; UniProt: Q16520; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_006399.5; Chromosome location: 14q24.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
