About this gene: RAI1 is located within the Smith-Magenis syndrome region on chromosome 17. The RAI1 gene product is highly similar to its mouse counterpart and is expressed at high levels mainly in neuronal tissues. The RAI1 protein includes a polymorphic polyglutamine tract in the N-terminal domain.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
