SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human RADIL (Rap associating with DIL domain) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human RADIL qPCR Primer Set – Rap associating with DIL domain
Also known as: RASIP2
About this gene: RADIL is predicted to enable GTPase binding activity. It acts upstream of or within substrate adhesion-dependent cell spreading.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 55698; HGNC ID: HGNC:22226; UniProt: Q96JH8; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_018059.5; Chromosome location: 7p22.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
