About this gene: RAD9A product is highly similar to Schizosaccharomyces pombe rad9, a cell cycle checkpoint protein required for cell cycle arrest and DNA damage repair. The RAD9A protein possesses 3' to 5' exonuclease activity, which may contribute to its role in sensing and repairing DNA damage. The RAD9A gene product forms a checkpoint protein complex with RAD1 and HUS1.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
