About this gene: The RAD54L protein belongs to the DEAD-like helicase superfamily, and shares similarity with Saccharomyces cerevisiae Rad54. The binding of this protein to double-strand DNA induces a DNA topological change, which is believed to facilitate homologous DNA paring, and stimulate DNA recombination.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
