SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human RAD50 (RAD50 double strand break repair protein, also called hRAD50) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human RAD50 qPCR Primer Set – RAD50 double strand break repair protein
Also known as: NBSLD, RAD502, hRad50
About this gene: The RAD50 protein is highly similar to Saccharomyces cerevisiae Rad50, a protein involved in DNA double-strand break repair. The RAD50 protein forms a complex with MRE11 and NBS1. The protein complex binds to DNA and displays numerous enzymatic activities that are required for nonhomologous joining of DNA ends.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 10111; HGNC ID: HGNC:9816; UniProt: Q92878; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_005732.4; Chromosome location: 5q31.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
