SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human RAD17 (RAD17 checkpoint clamp loader component, also called hRad17) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human RAD17 qPCR Primer Set – RAD17 checkpoint clamp loader component
Also known as: CCYC, HRAD17, R24L, RAD17SP, RAD24
About this gene: The RAD17 protein is highly similar to the gene product of Schizosaccharomyces pombe rad17, a cell cycle checkpoint gene required for cell cycle arrest and DNA damage repair in response to DNA damage. The RAD17 protein shares strong similarity with DNA replication factor C, and can form a complex with RFCs. The RAD17 protein binds to chromatin prior to DNA damage and is phosphorylated by the checkpoint kinase ATR following damage.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 5884; HGNC ID: HGNC:9807; UniProt: O75943; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_133338.3; Chromosome location: 5q13.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
