SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human RAD1 (RAD1 checkpoint DNA exonuclease, also called hRAD1) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human RAD1 qPCR Primer Set – RAD1 checkpoint DNA exonuclease
Also known as: HRAD1, REC1
About this gene: RAD1 encodes a component of a heterotrimeric cell cycle checkpoint complex, known as the 9-1-1 complex, that is activated to stop cell cycle progression in response to DNA damage or incomplete DNA replication. The 9-1-1 complex is recruited by RAD17 to affected sites where it may attract specialized DNA polymerases and other DNA repair effectors.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 5810; HGNC ID: HGNC:9806; UniProt: O60671; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_002853.4; Chromosome location: 5p13.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
