SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human RAB29 (RAB29, member RAS oncogene family) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human RAB29 qPCR Primer Set – RAB29, member RAS oncogene family
Also known as: RAB7L, RAB7L1
About this gene: RAB29 enables multiple functions, including G protein activity; dynein complex binding activity; and guanyl ribonucleotide binding activity. It is involved in multiple processes, including positive regulation of T cell receptor signaling pathway; positive regulation of receptor recycling; and regulation of plasma membrane bounded cell projection organization.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 8934; HGNC ID: HGNC:9789; UniProt: O14966; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_003929.3; Chromosome location: 1q32.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
