About this gene: DENND5A encodes a DENN-domain-containing protein that acts as a RAB-activating guanine nucleotide exchange factor. The DENND5A protein catalyzes the conversion of GDP to GTP and thereby converts inactive GDP-bound Rab proteins into their active GTP-bound form. The DENND5A protein is recruited by RAB6 onto Golgi membranes and is therefore referred to as RAB6-interacting protein 1.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
