About this gene: RAB4A belongs to the largest group in the Ras superfamily of small GTPases, which regulate membrane trafficking. The RAB4A protein is linked to early endosomes and is involved in their sorting and recycling. The protein also is involved in regulating the recycling of receptors from endosomes to the plasma membrane.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
