SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human RAB3GAP2 (RAB3 GTPase activating non-catalytic protein subunit 2, also called Rab3-GAP150) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human RAB3GAP2 qPCR Primer Set – RAB3 GTPase activating non-catalytic protein subunit 2
Also known as: MARTS1, RAB3-GAP150, RAB3GAP150, SPG69, WARBM2, p150
About this gene: The RAB3GAP2 protein belongs to the RAB3 protein family, members of which are involved in regulated exocytosis of neurotransmitters and hormones. The RAB3GAP2 protein forms the Rab3 GTPase-activating complex with RAB3GAP1, where it constitutes the regulatory subunit, whereas the latter acts as the catalytic subunit. RAB3GAP2 has the highest level of expression in the brain, consistent with it having a key role in neurodevelopment.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 25782; HGNC ID: HGNC:17168; UniProt: Q9H2M9; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_012414.4; Chromosome location: 1q41
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
