About this gene: RAB3GAP1 encodes a catalytic subunit of a Rab GTPase activating protein. The RAB3GAP1 protein forms a heterodimer with a non-catalytic subunit to specifically regulate the activity of members of the Rab3 subfamily of small G proteins. The RAB3GAP1 protein mediates the hydrolysis of GTP bound Rab3 to the GDP bound form.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
