SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human RAB25 (RAB25, member RAS oncogene family) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human RAB25 qPCR Primer Set – RAB25, member RAS oncogene family
Also known as: CATX-8, RAB11C
About this gene: The RAB25 protein belongs to the RAS superfamily of small GTPases. The RAB25 protein is involved in membrane trafficking and cell survival. RAB25 has been found to be a tumor suppressor and an oncogene, depending on the context.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 57111; HGNC ID: HGNC:18238; UniProt: P57735; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_020387.4; Chromosome location: 1q22
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
