SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human RAB23 (RAB23, member RAS oncogene family) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human RAB23 qPCR Primer Set – RAB23, member RAS oncogene family
Also known as: CRPT1, HSPC137
About this gene: RAB23 encodes a small GTPase of the Ras superfamily. Rab proteins are involved in the regulation of diverse cellular functions linked to intracellular membrane trafficking, including autophagy and immune response to bacterial infection. The RAB23 protein may play a role in central nervous system development by antagonizing sonic hedgehog signaling.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 51715; HGNC ID: HGNC:14263; UniProt: Q9ULC3; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_016277.5; Chromosome location: 6p12.1-p11.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
