About this gene: RAB21 belongs to the Rab family of monomeric GTPases, which are involved in the control of cellular membrane traffic. The RAB21 protein is involved in the targeted trafficking of integrins via its association with integrin alpha tails. As a consequence, the RAB21 protein is involved in the regulation of cell adhesion and migration.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
